Bought a north face gortex jacket weeped through the back duing light rain. Tried to return it but sence it was worn they would not refund my money had jacket for two months (scam) do they expect you to just look at your $200 purchase? Now i have to wait 4-6 weeks to see if i get a new one or a gift card. I will never purchase from them again.

I purchased a jacket in December. Tracking stated it was delivered but not to my address. North face did not help me only told me to dispute from PayPal. They sided with north face based on tracking! This is complete ***! PLUS a previous order they didn't even send one part. These guys are ridiculous. I'm out over $300.
