The North Face - Poor "plastic" type zippers on winter jackets
Every two years my husband gets me a new north face winter ski jacket. Why you ask?
because the dang cheap zippers are plastic! My zippers last one year then I muddle through the next winter. Mind you the cold mid west we wear our jackets like 6mo! And how do I send in for repair when it's the only jacket I have for winter?
Also who saves their receipts that long especially guys. I'd have to buy an extra jacket just to do that. 2 jackets shot. Not happy.
Lifetime warranty maybe but I should get my third jacket for nothing!
Haha yeah right. This is crazy, shouldn't have to be this way.

The worst zipper on a decent coat
Same problem. I bought a $300+ dollar TNF coat last year, the zipper is already messed up on it.
I purchased it to replace another TNF coat that the zipper went bad on. (I didn't know when I purchased the coat last year that these things have a warranty on them) Who would be stupid enough to put a 50 cent zipper on a $300 coat?
The geniuses at TNF, that's who would be that stupid. I'll never buy another TNF coat or jacket after this.
