Dropped off my coat 2 weeks ago. Haven’t heard anything. Emailed customer support and no response yet. Called North Face and was told it could take 4-6 weeks for them to even start looking at my coat as nothing is logged in. If I wait 4-6 weeks I won’t even need my coat by then. They should have a more efficient warranty process for the months where a coat would be needed most. Very disappointed.
